Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of access, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to me or to any third party.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you provide are transmitted to and processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) for the sole purpose of delivering your message to me by email. This processing may take place on servers outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis is your consent together with my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). If you prefer not to use the form, you can email me directly.
How long data is kept
Messages you send are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise any of these, contact me using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
